Our founding partners, worked as in-house counsel in various institution and companies, since 1993.  They have established their law firm in Switzerland and Turkey on 2009 starting to work in Europe and Middle East. 

Our office experts provides services to Governmental Institutions and private and public companies in various industries such as IT, construction, energy and banking   in countries Turkey, Switzerland, Serbia, Georgia, Macedonia, Congo, Morocco, Kuwait and Iraq.

In addition, we serve domestic and international arbitration matters, including arbitration cases with public and private companies, foreign states.

In Turkey one of our founding lawyer has very long experience in Savings Deposits Insurance Fund ( TMSF) ad she managed oil companies ,   in liquidation and receivables of bank subsidiary and / or affiliated investment, leasing, factoring.

We are continuing to diversify and develop our legal services to include business law, real estate law, intellectual property law, tax disputes, capital market law and corporate governance.
